We inform you that, today, Thurdsay 16th May, 2024, starting at 3.00pm, the Library's Helpdesk (helpdesk.lib.uoa.gr) will undergo maintenance and migration to a new infrastructure.
As a result, the Helpdesk service as a whole (the helpdesk.lib.uoa.gr site) as well as the "live chat" present at the mini sites of the School Libraries, will not be available until the migration tasks are completed, which is expected to have concluded by Friday 17th MAy 2024, noon.
In case of neeed to place a support request during the aforementioned time period, you may use either the email helpdesk@lib.uoa.gr or the contact details of the individual School Libraries of NKUA.
